TL-ABC Sunset Networking Drinks Draw Strong Turnout

The TL-ABC Sunset Networking Drinks, held last Friday at Sky Bar, Timor Plaza, brought together more than 120 attendees from across the Australia–Timor-Leste business community.

The evening saw strong representation from private sector leaders, government representatives, investors, and development partners. The quality of engagement and cross-sector dialogue reflected growing momentum in the bilateral commercial relationship.

As an independent, member-led organisation of 30+ Timorese and Australian businesses, the Timor-Leste Australia Business Council (TL-ABC) continues to provide a platform for:

  • Advocacy on private sector priorities

  • Sharing practical market insights and opportunities

  • Creating visibility for members

  • Strengthening commercial links between Australia and Timor-Leste

Events such as the Sunset Networking Drinks play an important role in fostering connection, facilitating new introductions, and supporting collaboration across the business ecosystem.
